Nick Busto has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nick started their career as an Apprentice Laborer at Lakeside Industries in 2012, where they conducted analysis and developed cost-effective solutions for motor repair. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Greene Holcomb Fisher, providing support on pitchbook generation and conducting market research.

In 2014, Nick gained experience as a Marketing Intern at MoBell Muscle, where they supported two entrepreneurs in developing transportable exercise equipment for military personnel. Nick researched the fitness industry and competition, and developed market penetration strategies.

Nick's entrepreneurial skills shone through when they co-founded Supreme Sports Camp in 2011. Over four years, they designed, organized, and executed a sports camp, significantly growing its size and revenue. Nick gained valuable insights into business operations, marketing, organization, and time management.

From 2015 to 2017, Nick worked as a Senior Account Executive at Currency, where they demonstrated their sales skills and business acumen.

In 2017, Nick founded Rapid Replay, a web and mobile app simplifying live streaming and highlights for youth and high school sports. It garnered significant success, with over 750,000 videos sourced before being acquired by NBC Sports Next.

Currently, Nick serves as the Vice President of Video Operations at NBC Sports Next, a position they took up in 2022. With their extensive experience and entrepreneurial background, they bring valuable expertise to the role.

Nick Busto attended Cornell University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
