Frank Deaton

Frank Deaton is an experienced leader in the defense and technology sectors, currently serving as President and Managing Member of Rapid Response Research Group, LLC and President/Owner of Rapid Response Research Group, Inc. since August 2022. Previously, Frank held significant roles at Chesapeake Technology International as Portfolio Director for Manned and Unmanned Systems and at Alion Science and Technology as Director of Strategic Program Development and Senior Program Manager in the ISR Division. Additionally, Frank's extensive career includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of NavalTees, Executive Vice President at Compass Systems, and Chief Aviation Warfare Operator in the US Navy.
