Melanie Holliday is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in estimating, project management, and business development. Currently serving as Estimating Manager at WrightWay Emergency Services since 2017, Melanie has successfully developed and implemented business strategies aligned with company objectives while managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. As Regional Business Development Manager at Rapid Response Team, LLC from 2019 to 2024, responsibilities included overseeing tradeshows, events, and sponsorships with a focus on budget management and marketing outcomes. Additional roles include Chair President for Pink Tea Party benefiting Pink Out, Campaign Manager for Mary Bondurant for the City of Sanibel, and previous positions with Paul Davis USA, PPP Investment Group, Key General Contractors, LLC, and Jomar Construction, where Melanie excelled in project lifecycle management and operational strategy development.
