Burak Ürkmezer

Burak Kara is an undergraduate researcher at Boğaziçi Üniversitesi KareBlokLab since March 2023, specializing in algorithm development for scintillator data analysis using C++ and CERN's ROOT framework. Burak has also served as a student assistant in the Physics Labs for PHYS201 & PHYS202 from February to June 2024, and for PHYS101 & PHYS102 from October to December 2022, aiding students in experiments related to electromagnetism, optics, mechanics, waves, and thermodynamics. Burak is pursuing dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Mathematics at Boğaziçi University, expected to graduate in January 2025.
