Allen Rogers

Allen Rogers currently serves as VP of Engineering at Rapid7, commencing in July 2024. Prior to this role, Allen co-founded Noetic Cyber, where the position of Chief Product Officer was held from January 2020 to August 2024. Allen's career includes a tenure at IBM Security as VP of Engineering for IBM Resilient from April 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities included integrating the Resilient team into the IBM Security organization and promoting product innovation. Previously, at Resilient Systems, Inc., from December 2011 to April 2016, Allen was a founding member and VP of Engineering, leading the development of the SOAR market. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Engineering at EMC from June 2007 to December 2011, focusing on integrating Authentica technologies into product strategies. Allen earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in January 1989.
