Andrea Gregory (Gordon) has extensive experience in the field of business analysis and technical support. Since June 2015, Andrea has held various positions at Rapid7, including Lead Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and Manager in both Support Operations and Support Innovations, alongside roles as a Technical Support Manager and various engineering positions. Prior to joining Rapid7, Andrea worked at Synergy Learning as a Support Technician from March 2007 to May 2015 and served as a Moodle Administrator at South Eastern Regional College from July 2006 to March 2007. Andrea holds a BSc in Computer Science from Ulster University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
