Brett Deroche is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in incident response and security operations. Currently serving as the Director of Incident Response at Rapid7 since October 2025, Brett has previously held prominent roles including VP of Cybersecurity and vCISO at Lockstep Technology Group and Transformyx, where strategic leadership in security program development and managed services was emphasized. With a background in security operations at Amedisys and advisory roles in vulnerability management at Louisiana Blue, Brett has demonstrated expertise in various cybersecurity domains, including incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
