Natalia Weems, CRVPM, has over 14 years of work experience. Natalia currently works as a Third Party Risk Manager at Rapid7 since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Dollar Bank for 9 years as an AVP Vendor Management. In this position, they were responsible for managing day-to-day vendor risk management activities, policy development, regulatory audits, vendor sourcing and negotiation, and vendor relationship management. Natalia also developed and implemented a Third Party Risk Management Program and oversaw the full cycle vendor contract process. Before Dollar Bank, Natalia worked at Alaska USA Federal Credit Union for 4 years as a Purchasing Manager. Natalia'sresponsibilities included developing and administering a vendor risk management program, managing vendor relationships and contracts, and implementing an enterprise P-Card program. Natalia also served as a liaison among business units and provided cross-functional communication. Prior to this, they worked at NAPM as an officer and at the University of Alaska Anchorage as an Administrative Assistant.

Natalia Weems, CRVPM, completed their education at the University of Alaska Anchorage from 2005 to 2008. During this period, they obtained a Master's degree in Global Supply Chain Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Natalia has also obtained the CRVPM certification from the Compliance Education Institute, LLC in November 2021.
