Don Mizutani

Don Mizutani is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the APJ Team Lead and Lead Cybersecurity Advisor at Rapid7 since January 2021, where responsibilities include security advisory and consulting in Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Managed Vulnerability Management (MVM). Prior to Rapid7, Mizutani held the position of Senior Intrusion Analyst at Secureworks, focusing on proactive threat hunting and incident response using advanced technologies, and managed security services as Security Center Ops Advisor in Japan. Mizutani’s earlier career includes roles as a Systems Analyst, Web Application Developer, and Software Engineer across multiple companies, along with a robust academic background in Information Technology and International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Yamanashi.
