Hanna Policarpio has a diverse work experience. Hanna started their career in 2013 as a Care Assistant at Four Seasons Health Care, where they worked until April 2015. From October 2012 to December 2017, they worked in Customer Service at Asda. In July 2015, they joined Belfast City Council as a Digital Analyst, where they were responsible for various IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting, software installation, and hardware maintenance. In 2017, Hanna joined Rapid7 as a Service Desk Technician and later became the Lead Service Desk Technician in October 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Service Experience EMEA & APAC at Rapid7, which they started in February 2020.

Hanna Policarpio obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) Honors degree in Computing Technologies from Ulster University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Belfast Met from 2010 to 2012 and earned an Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Information Technology.
