Jessica Cushman

Jessica Cushman began their work experience

as a Production Co-Op at Major League Baseball Productions in August 2011.

Jessica then interned at NESN from January to April 2013.

Afterward, they joined WHDH-TV, where they worked as a Sports Intern from May 2013 to February 2014,

a Production Assistant from February to March 2014, and a Writer from March to July 2014.

Jessica then worked as a Sports Anchor/Reporter at WBKB-TV 11 from August 2014 to February 2015.

Jessica then moved to WANE-TV, where they worked as a Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter from February 2015 to February 2017.

In 2017, they had a contract role at AdMachines as a Brand Marketing Manager from April to July.

Following that, they joined Ridgeway Partners as a Consultant in July 2017,

responsible for sourcing and developing senior talent for various sectors until March 2022.

Currently, they work at Rapid7 as a Lead Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, overseeing critical executive hires and redesigning the executive hiring process starting from March 2022.

Jessica Cushman holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies, with a minor in Political Science, from Northeastern University. In addition, they are certified in Hogan Assessment by Hogan Assessment Systems, which they obtained in February 2021.
