Jim Tapscott

Jim Tapscott has a wealth of experience in the cybersecurity industry. Jim is currently working as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Rapid7, where they help empower security professionals to manage the modern attack surface through technology, research, and expertise. Prior to that, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at VMware, where they contributed to the development of the VMware Carbon Black Cloud platform. Before that, Jim worked at Broadcom Software as a Senior Customer Success Manager and at Symantec as a Principal Customer Success Manager.
