Jonny Gamble

Jonny Gamble has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Jonny is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at Rapid7 since November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Principal Software Engineer at Songtradr, Inc from April 2021 to November 2021.

From November 2020 to April 2021, they worked at Dynamic Signal as an Engineering Manager. Before that, they held various roles at the same company, including Staff Engineer from July 2020 to November 2020 and Senior Software Engineer from July 2019 to July 2020.

Earlier in their career, Jonny worked at NantHealth as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2015 to June 2019. Jonny played a critical role in the analysis and design process of new feature requests for their Document Exchange platform within the Navinet product.

From November 2012 to December 2014, Jonny worked at KANA Software as a Software Developer, where they integrated their social media monitoring platform with the Facebook API and migrated it to use the Twitter v1.1 API.

Jonny started their career at Equiniti-ICS as a Graduate Developer in June 2009 and advanced to the Intermediate Developer level. Jonny worked on a large enterprise case management system and developed framework controls that are now widely used within the company.

As part of their university course, Jonny undertook an 11-month internship at Intel Corporation as a Student Intern from June 2007 to May 2008. Jonny worked in the Reverse Logistics Data Services team, where they were responsible for scripting data updates in SQL 2000 and ensuring timely and accurate data acquisition and loading for an OLAP Cube.

Jonny Gamble attended Queen's University Belfast from 2005 to 2009. Jonny obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science during their time there. In addition to their degree, Jonny also obtained the MCP certification from Microsoft in December 2016, and the Microsoft Specialist: Programming in C# certification from Microsoft in November 2016.
