Mark Gourley

Mark Gourley is an experienced learning and development professional currently serving as the Lead Learning Experience Strategist at Rapid7 since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mark spent over six years at Baker McKenzie in various positions including Senior Manager of Learning Technology and Global Learning and Development Manager. Mark's earlier experience includes a consultancy role at Logicearth Learning Services Ltd, where bespoke e-Learning solutions were developed. Additional experience includes roles at KANA Software, Concentrix, and TeleTech, with a focus on learning and development initiatives. Mark holds a PGCE in Secondary History from Liverpool Hope University and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History and Politics from Queen's University Belfast.
