Matt Kiernan began their work experience in 2006 as an Assistant Account Executive at MullenLowe U.S. Over the next few years, they advanced within the company, taking on roles such as Account Executive, Sr. Account Executive, and Account Supervisor. In 2010, they joined LevelUp as the Head of Marketing, where they remained until 2014. Matt then became the Proprietor of their own company, KIERNAN, from June 2014 to December 2015. In 2015, they joined Logentries as the Director of Product Marketing before the company was acquired by Rapid7. At Rapid7, Matt held multiple roles, including Director of Product Marketing for Log Management & Analytics and Director of Product Marketing for Emerging Products. In 2020, they became the Director of Strategic Partnerships, and in 2023, they were promoted to Senior Director, Go-to-Customer and Strategic Alliances.
Matt Kiernan has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Management from Bentley University. Matt also completed a Ruby on Rails / Javascript Web Development Program at METIS, by Thoughtbot.
