Melissa Orlando's work experience starts in 2013 at Philips, where they initially served as a Training Coordinator from August 2013 to April 2014. Melissa then transitioned into the role of Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition NA, where they worked until April 2015. In 2015, Melissa joined Rapid7 as a People Strategy Coordinator and stayed in that position until January 2017. From January 2017 to January 2021, they progressed to the role of Senior Specialist, People Strategy at Rapid7. Starting in January 2021, Melissa took on the role of People Programs & Operations Manager at Rapid7, which they currently hold.
Melissa Orlando completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Delaware from 2009 to 2012. Prior to attending the University of Delaware, Melissa Orlando spent a year at Quinnipiac University in 2008-2009, studying Communication and Media Studies. In addition to their formal education, Melissa Orlando obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2021.
