Nisha Jacobs has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Nisha began their career at Quest Software, where they worked as an Order Processing Clerk, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of sales order processing. Nisha was later promoted to Order Processing Lead, where they supervised a team, trained and mentored team members, and led projects related to system testing and upgrading. Nisha also worked as a Revenue Recognition Analyst at Quest Software, where they performed preliminary reviews of sales contracts and reported revenue in compliance with accounting policies.

After their time at Quest Software, Nisha joined Amkor Technology, Inc. as a Coordinator, Billing Support, providing support to the billing and collections team and preparing billing requests. Nisha was then promoted to the role of Billing and Collections Specialist, managing accounts and preparing management reports.

Nisha then worked at American Express as a Financial Analyst, where they served as a liaison between the Client Management organization and the Global Billing & Settlements team. Nisha analyzed client contracts, collaborated with various teams to resolve settlement queries, and ensured accurate billing and client retention.

Nisha later took on a contract role as a Compliance Analyst at Verifone, where they performed pre-audits on billing orders, processed consolidated billing, and provided month-end reporting and analysis.

Currently, Nisha is working at Rapid7 as a Program Manager, Revenue Accounting and Operations. In this role, they have built and maintained a standard enablement process for the Revenue Accounting & Operations team. Nisha has developed training materials and conducted training sessions for the team. Nisha continuously reviews system processes for efficiency and collaborates with other teams to improve order processing. Nisha also provides coaching and expertise to streamline business processes and handles complex customer account matters.

Nisha Jacobs's education history is as follows:

From 2005 to 2006, Nisha attended Swansea University and obtained a Certification in ECDL (European Computer Driving License).

In 2007 and 2008, they studied at East Berkshire College, where they earned Level 1 & 2 certificates in Book-keeping and Accounts.

Between 2002 and 2006, Nisha returned to Swansea University for their Bachelor of Arts Honors degree, majoring in German.

Nisha also completed coursework at the University of Regensburg in Germany during the 2004-2005 academic year.

For high school education, Nisha attended Sir William Borlase Grammar School from 2000 to 2002. Nisha obtained certifications in A & AS levels (High School Certification).
