Priya Dodwad

Priya Dodwad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Priya currently works at Rapid7 as an Engineering Manager, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Lead Software Engineer at Rapid7 from June 2021 to January 2022. Priya also has experience as a Senior Application Integration Engineer at Rapid7 from October 2018 to June 2021, and as a Web Developer from October 2015 to October 2018.

In addition to Rapid7, Priya has held roles at other companies as well. Priya served as a Featured Expert at Criya (YC W22) starting from March 2023. Priya was also an Advisor at furl starting from July 2022.

Earlier in their career, Priya worked as a Software Engineer at Carbonite from August 2014 to November 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Software Engineer at WSI Corporation / The Weather Channel Company from June 2012 to August 2014, where they worked on the development and enhancement of WSI Pilotbrief Optima for Pilots.

Before joining WSI Corporation, Priya gained experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Carrier Corporation from May 2011 to June 2012. During their time at Carrier Corporation, they designed and implemented a data store to support Electronic Catalog Programs and developed a Remote Test Harness. Priya also implemented an Intranet Web Application for development activities using various technologies.

At the start of their career, Priya worked as a Software Development Project Trainee at L&T Infotech from June 2009 to June 2010.

Priya Dodwad pursued their education in the field of Computer Engineering. Priya attended the University of Mumbai from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree. Following this, they furthered their studies at Syracuse University from 2010 to 2012, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Priya Dodwad has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In November 2020, they obtained the Automation Pro II Certification from Workato. In March 2019, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner through Scrum Alliance. Additionally, in February 2019, they participated in the Prodly Moover Salesforce CPQ Reference Data Deployment Certification Workshop facilitated by Prodly.
