Sophia D. is the current Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Rapid7. Prior to this role, Sophia held various positions at IBM, Google, Clong Education, Marriott Hotels, Projects Abroad, and BGW Services / DCA Architects LLC. Sophia is a recipient of the Q1 & Q2 2016 Marketing and Communications Award of Excellence and the Google Fiber MVP Award for high-performing field marketing events. Sophia holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Government, as well as International/Global Studies from the University of Utah.
