Tom Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom began their career at UNIQLO as a Sales Assistant, where they gained customer service skills. Tom then worked as a London 2012 Assistant with Visa during the Olympic Games, providing customer support and assistance. Tom later joined Capita as a Junior Business Analyst, specializing in SharePoint implementation and training.
After Capita, Tom worked at Enotria Winecellars Ltd as a Business Process Analyst and later as a Senior Sales Operations Executive. In these roles, they focused on sales operations and business analysis.
Tom then moved to Agilyx New Zealand, where they first served as a Sales Operations Executive and later as a Customer Relationship Manager. In these positions, they managed customer relationships and sales operations.
Most recently, Tom worked at Bramble Hub as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations. Presently, they are the Renewal Support Operations Manager at Rapid7. Throughout their career, Tom has consistently demonstrated skills in operations management, customer relations, and sales operations.
Tom Simpson attended Wallington County Grammar School from 2002 to 2008. After completing high school, they then enrolled at Esher College and studied there from 2007 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Science at the University of Nottingham and attended the institution from 2010 to 2013.
