Aby Jacob serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Imaging and Services at RapidAI since July 2025, focusing on enhancing customer experience and driving business growth through strategic leadership. Previously, at GE Healthcare, Aby held the position of Chief Transformation & Services Officer, successfully leading a cultural shift towards a customer outcome-based model. Earlier roles, including Vice President of Software Engineering and Senior Director of Software Engineering at GE Healthcare, involved directing transformative strategies that significantly improved financial performance and operational efficiency. Aby's entrepreneurial experience as the owner and operator of Buffalo Wings & Rings, along with a solid engineering foundation gained from early career positions at GE Healthcare and Aon Hewitt, complements a comprehensive skill set in management and technology. Aby holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
