Aby Jacob

Aby Jacob currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Imaging and Services at RapidAI, where leadership focuses on creating a world-class customer experience and driving business growth. Previously, Aby held the position of Chief Transformation & Services Officer at GE Healthcare, leading a cultural shift towards a customer outcome-based model that resulted in significant performance enhancements. In the role of Vice President of Software Engineering, Healthcare Digital, Aby directed a 700-member R&D team, implementing initiatives that drove product adoption and financial turnaround. Earlier experience includes leading imaging software teams as Sr. Director of Software Engineering, optimizing service efficiency and operational margins, as well as owning and operating self-employed businesses focusing on innovative management strategies. Aby holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
