Gefei Li

GeFei L. has extensive experience in investment and risk assessment within the energy sector, currently serving in the China Advisory Service at Rapidan Energy Group since 2019, focusing on macroeconomic, energy investment, and geopolitical risk analysis. Prior to this role, GeFei L. was the Managing Partner at Cynergy-Global LLC from 2003 to 2019, specializing in private investment. GeFei L. also held the position of General Manager at Sonoco from 1991 to 2003, overseeing joint venture investment and management. Earlier in the career, GeFei L. contributed to oil services research at the Petroleum Institute in China between 1985 and 1988. GeFei L. holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Xian Petroleum University.
