Ilan Cohen

Ilan Cohen is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in support and integration engineering. Currently serving as a Tier 3 Support Tech Lead at Rapid since February 2023, Ilan previously held the role of Integration Engineer at LawGeex from August 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included collaborative troubleshooting, coding web-based intake forms, and managing SAML integrations. Prior to LawGeex, Ilan worked at LivePerson from February 2016 to March 2021 in various engineering support roles, culminating as a Senior Shift Manager overseeing critical support cases. Ilan's career began in semiconductor development at NXP after the acquisition of Freescale Semiconductor and included military service as a Chief Master Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces. Ilan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Communication from Shenkar.
