Lily Fernandes possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at RapidClaims since May 2025. Prior to this role, Lily was with Zomentum from November 2019 to May 2025, holding positions as Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager, where strategic leadership and HR operations were key focuses.
