Michael McLeod is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the security and fire safety industries. As the Chief Executive Officer, Founder, and Board Member of Rapid Fire Safety & Security since March 2022, McLeod is focused on acquiring and growing family-owned businesses that provide essential services to commercial enterprises across the southwestern and midwestern United States. Additionally, McLeod serves on the Board of Directors for CAM Transitions and as an Advisory Board Member for Sentry AI. Previous roles include CEO of Republic Fire Protection Inc., where McLeod led a growth-focused initiative in the Southeast fire safety market, and CEO of Vio Smart Security, handling restructuring for a private equity-backed company. McLeod’s career also includes significant positions such as President and COO at Interface Security Systems, VP of Operations at Siemens, and VP of Operations for API Security, culminating in over three decades of leadership in operations, strategic planning, and business development. McLeod holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
