Pablo Soler is currently the Head of Support at RapidFire Tools since January 2013. Prior to that, Pablo worked at PerformanceIT as a Senior Support Engineer from April 2006 to January 2014. Pablo is responsible for managing IT helpdesk staff, resolving customer requests for technical support, and deploying technology solutions for managed service clients. Pablo also oversees the ticketing system and dispatches technicians for onsite service calls. Pablo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
