Saty Sundarram has over 25 years of experience in product delivery and operations. Since 2021, they have been Vice President of Product Delivery & Operations at RAPIDFORT. From 2019 to 2021, they were Head of Operations and Program Management at Kitchen Brains. From 2016 to 2019, they were Program Manager at Altisource, where they developed a framework for Program Management, managed a team of five senior Project and Program Managers, and drove the evaluation, selection, contract negotiation, customization, and implementation of a cloud-based Enterprise Project and Portfolio management tool. From 2014 to 2016, they were Co Founder & Operations Leader at Cheshire Smiles & Great Smiles, where they grew Revenues 15% Y-O-Y by establishing overall business strategy and related Marketing and Operations strategy, and optimized business processes and executed targeted marketing. From 2012 to 2014, they were Director of Project Management, Strategic Planning and Execution office at Travelers, where they spearheaded transformational Business and IT projects, overseeing a $12.5M budget and 100+ staff in matrixed teams. From 2010 to 2012, they were PMO Consultant at L-1 Identity Solutions, where they established PMO, developed standardized templates, implemented best practices, established phase gate reviews and project performance measures, and led design, costing, bidding, and RFP activities for a cloud-based authentication solution. From 1996 to 2010, they were Director of Program Management at Electronics For Imaging, Inc, where they coached and mentored a team of six Senior Program Managers overseeing a portfolio of 20+ complex software and hardware Products, established PMO, implemented a process to prioritize product pipeline, drove continuous improvements in the PMO, turned around a $100M Xerox OEM product development program, leveraged an offshore development model, and led cross-functional teams in Lean Six Sigma workshops.

Saty Sundarram earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2015, specializing in Marketing, Finance & Operations. Saty also holds a Master's Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Ohio University and a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
