Ishan Joshi

Ishan Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Rapidise Inc since October 2024, Ishan leads a team of over 100 in delivering high-quality projects across various domains, including security surveillance and Edge AI. Previously, as AVP of Product Management at Cygnet Digital, Ishan oversaw a successful Financial Accounting & Billing Product Portfolio and implemented significant UX redesigns. As a founding member and Vice President of Product Management at Pedagogy, Ishan contributed to a substantial user base growth, while earlier roles at Sophos and TÜV SÜD South Asia involved managing product lifecycles and stakeholder requirements. Ishan holds a PGDM in IT Management, Operations Management, and Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
