The Customer Success Team at RapidMiner ensures clients fully leverage the data science platform by providing strategic guidance, technical support, and personalized solutions to drive user adoption and satisfaction. Led by the VP, Customer Success, the team includes Technical Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Managers who collaboratively address customer needs, optimize outcomes, and maintain high retention rates.
