Thomas Wambold

Thomas Wambold is a Principal Engineer at MachineQ, a Comcast Company, since July 2019, specializing in software and firmware development for IoT gateways. Additionally, Wambold serves as Chief Engineer at Bellerophon Mobile since January 2013, focusing on mobile networking, content-based systems, and network emulation. Previous experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Drexel University from January 2006 to July 2013, where research centered on wireless ad-hoc networks and multicast protocols, as well as a Graduate Research Intern at BBN Technologies in mid-2011, working on wireless mesh radio software, and a Research Engineer at the Naval Research Laboratory from September 2008 to April 2009.
