Aiga Ono

Aiga Ono is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic leadership and financial planning across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the President at Rapidus Design Solutions since April 2024, Aiga previously held the position of Assistant General Manager for the SSD Business Unit at KIOXIA America, Inc., where remarkable contributions to profit and operating expenses were achieved. Aiga's extensive experience also includes roles as Vice President of Finance at Renesas Electronics America, overseeing comprehensive financial operations, and Director of Strategic Planning at NEC Electronics America, Inc. Aiga holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Management from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor's degree in French Literature from Meiji Gakuin University.
