Francis Litonjua

Francis Litonjua is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in team leadership and performance management. Since May 2021, Francis has held dual roles as Operations Manager at both RapidVisa and Boundless Immigration. Prior to these positions, Francis served as Team Manager at HSBC from August 2019 to April 2021 and as Team Lead at Capital One from October 2013 to May 2019, during which time Francis achieved significant milestones, such as leading operational units and earning high-performance ratings. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager for Operations at HSBC from 2008 to 2013, where responsibilities included agent development and performance management. Francis holds a Bachelor's degree in Export Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, obtained in 2005.
