Shannon H.

Shannon H. has a strong background in quality assurance and systems integration and testing. Shannon began their career in 2003 as a New Business Implementation Coordinator at The First Marblehead Corporation, where they eventually advanced to a Quality Assurance Analyst and then a QA Lead. In 2007, they became an IT Quality Assurance Supervisor before transitioning to a role at Timberland as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where they played an integral role in establishing the QA function for the IT organization. In 2011, Shannon joined Pro Teck Valuation Services as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Since 2013, they have been working at American Science and Engineering, Inc., starting as a Senior Software Test Engineer and progressing to Manager, Senior Manager, and their current role as Director of Systems Integration & Test.

Shannon H. is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Engineering Management at Southern New Hampshire University. This program is expected to span from 2021 to 2024.

Prior to this, Shannon H. completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Syracuse University, which was achieved between 1994 and 1998.

Apart from these degrees, Shannon H. has also obtained additional certifications. These certifications include Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) from the International Institute for Software Testing (IIST), ITIL v3 Foundation in IT Service Management, and Lean Product Development.
