Dawn Serra

Dawn Serra serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Talent for RAPP since January 2022, bringing extensive experience from prior roles including Senior Vice President, Regional HR Business Partner at McCann Health from January 2016 to January 2022, and Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources at McCann New York from January 2013 to January 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources at Mediabrands and Vice President, Staffing Director at ZenithOptimedia. Dawn began a career in recruitment at Pencom Systems and progressed through various staffing roles including Staffing Manager at Giant Step. Dawn holds a degree from Binghamton University, where studies were completed from 1993 to 1997.
