Kate McNaughton has a varied work experience in the advertising industry. Kate started their career at Proximity London in 2007 as a Media Planner/Analyst and progressively moved up the ladder to become a Senior Account Manager. Kate then worked as a Freelance Senior Account Manager at Publicis chemistry and Adam & Eve DDB before joining FCB Inferno as an Account Director in 2014. Kate also had stints at BBH London and Saatchi & Saatchi as a Freelance Senior Account Director. In 2016, they became a Freelance Senior Account Director at FCB Inferno before joining RAPP as a Group Account Director in 2018. Kate currently holds the position of Project Director at RAPP.
Kate McNaughton (she/her) has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Reading, which they received in 2005. Kate then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Management from the University of Bath from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they attended The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, where they obtained a Diploma in Direct and Digital Marketing (Dip IDM) in 2008.
