Laurel Gates

Laurel Gates is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in account management and strategic communications across diverse industries. Currently serving as Account Director at RAPP since October 2024, Laurel previously held multiple roles at KERN, including Management Supervisor and Account Supervisor. Prior to KERN, Laurel worked as an Account Supervisor at One & All Agency and as a Senior Account Manager at UCLA Marketing & Special Events, overseeing marketing efforts for various departments within the university. Laurel's career also includes significant contributions as a Marketing Specialist for Cunard at Princess Cruises and as an Account Supervisor at Brierley & Partners, managing key client relationships and direct marketing campaigns. Laurel's early career includes roles at Hilton Worldwide, where Laurel developed marketing initiatives for the Hilton HHonors loyalty program. Laurel holds a BA in Journalism with an Advertising emphasis from San Diego State University and a Professional Fundraising Certificate from Boston University Metropolitan College.
