Paola Venturini

Paola Venturini has a diverse work experience history. Paola began their career as a Marketing Intern at PROSEIN TILES USA in 2016. Paola later served as the Marketing Director for Tremenda Banda Producciones LLC. in 2017 and the Marketing Director for the Venezuelan Student Alliance at Florida International University. In 2018, they worked as a Creative Intern at BOLD FIU and as a Graphic Design Intern at Taxfyle. In 2019, Paola joined RAPP, initially as a Junior Art Director, then as an Art Director, and currently as a Senior Art Director. Paola was also a 2019 MAIP Fellow at the 4A's organization. Additionally, Paola has worked as a Freelance Visual Designer at POWdesigns and held various roles at Camp La Llanada, including Staff Coordinator, Camp Counselor, Baquiano Counselor, and Summer Program Design Strategist. During their time as a Creative Director Intern at RAPP, they contributed to projects involving McDonald's and PNC Bank, among others.

Paola Venturini earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Florida International University, studying from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Instituto Andes de Caracas, completing their education there from 2001 to 2015. Paola also received another High School Diploma from Cypress Bay High School, studying from 2011 to 2013. In addition, Paola has obtained certifications in "Foundations of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging" from LinkedIn (year 2023) and "Graphic Design: Logo Design Tips and Tricks" from LinkedIn (year 2017).
