Scarlett Stratford-Wright

People Director at RAPP

Scarlett Stratford-Wright has several years of experience in human resources, starting in 2009 at Wunderman as a Global HR Assistant and later transitioning to the role of Global Training and Development Coordinator. In 2012, they joined Y&R Brands as a Regional HR Coordinator, where they worked on establishing global HR initiatives and driving participation across the EMEA region. In 2014, they moved to Proximity London as an HR Advisor and later became an HR Manager, where they partnered with senior management and implemented operational excellence in HR functions. In 2020, Proximity merged with RAPP, and Scarlett became a People Manager, leading large-scale TUPE transfers and implementing new HR practices. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior People Manager, responsible for HR strategy, ER, restructures, and wellbeing, as well as overseeing the People Adviser and mentoring the HR team. Currently, they hold the position of People Director at RAPP.

Scarlett Stratford-Wright, Assoc CIPD, began their education at The Royal Hospital School from 1999 to 2006, where they studied Art A Level, Geography A Level, and Biology A Level. Scarlett then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art from Canterbury Christ Church University from 2006 to 2009. In 2015 and 2016, Scarlett attended London Metropolitan University, focusing on Human Resources Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Mental Health First Aid and First Aid at Work, as well as being a Facet5 Accredited Practitioner and Facet5 TeamScape Accredited Practitioner.
