Shanna Boutchyard

Shanna Boutchyard has been with Rappahannock Goodwill Industries since February 2007, serving in various managerial roles including Manager of Employment Programs and Manager of Volunteer Services. In these positions, Shanna supervises employment programs and direct support professionals, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, while also responding to reporting and audit requests. During the pandemic, Shanna adapted volunteer services to provide virtual support and developed effective programs for community service and internships. Previously, as an Employment Specialist, Shanna focused on assisting individuals with career goals, job search skills, and basic computer training. Shanna also contributed as the AmeriCorps Program Director for GoodSkills Literacy Corps, managing a significant budget over eight years. Shanna holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Family & Consumer Science from Shepherd University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
