Ann K. Baker

Ann K. Baker has extensive experience in community corrections and probation management, currently serving as the Specialty Dockets Coordinator at Rappahannock Regional Jail since November 1995, overseeing several specialized dockets including Veterans Treatment and Behavioral Health. Ann has held various leadership roles, including Probation Program Manager, where responsibilities included supervising the daily operations of Community-Based Probation and managing a team of 11 probation officers. In addition to direct supervision of probationers, Ann has directed programs and community corrections, overseeing diverse services and staff, while also ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practices. Earlier experience includes roles as a Loss Prevention Associate at Belk, a Student Aide with the Arlington County Police Department, and a Lifeguard at Cameron Run Regional Park. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science Pre-Law from Longwood University.
