Angela Mugno

Angela Mugno is a seasoned professional in talent development and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Development, Performance & Culture Senior Specialist at Rappi since November 2020. In this role, Angela designed and implemented a monthly performance strategy to enhance commercial team metrics and reduced the learning curve for new sales personnel. Previously, Angela held positions that focused on global strategic planning for talent attraction and onboarding and senior global recruitment, overseeing comprehensive recruitment processes and implementing key onboarding programs. Prior to Rappi, Angela worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at S4N, managing the entire hiring process and contributing to talent-related projects. Angela holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Talent Development from EAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
