As the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, Connie has established a renowned cooking class and food tour company in Mexico City, highlighting the city's diverse culinary landscape. In addition, as a copropietario at Grupo Rexa since 2002, Connie oversees a family-owned business focused on constructing and selling industrial properties to AAA companies in Mexico.
