Felipe Suárez Gómez

Felipe Suassuna Guedes currently serves as Supervisor de Planejamento Operacional III at Grupo Energisa, where responsibilities include leading teams across various operational areas and reducing commercial compensation through focused service prioritization. Previously, Felipe held the position of Engenheiro Eletricista, leading the Engenharia 4.0 project aimed at implementing agile management methods and optimizing intellectual capital distribution. Prior experience includes roles at Engeselt as Auxiliar de Eletrotécnico and Assistente Técnico, focusing on energy distribution data management and project development. Felipe holds a Pós Graduação in Engenharia Elétrica with a specialization in Optimization of Electrical Systems from Universidade Federal da Paraíba and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Instituto Federal da Paraíba.
