Fernando Sierra is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with a diverse portfolio in the venture capital and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of Blockchain Centre Colombia and Co-founder of both Alpha Growth LATAM and Invictum Capital, Fernando is instrumental in supporting early-stage technology ventures across Latin America and the United States through various platforms, including INVX, an angel investment fund. With additional roles as Co-founder of XConsulting and a significant investor in multiple startups such as Rappi and TPaga, Fernando also contributed as a Board Member of ANDI - Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia.
