Juliana Simon

Juliana Simon has extensive experience in growth marketing, having held key positions at prominent companies. At Rappi, Juliana served as Vice President and Senior Director of Growth Marketing from April 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Juliana was Head of Consumer Growth Marketing and Head of Consumer Paid Search at DoorDash from June 2020 to April 2022. Juliana's career also includes roles at Apple Leisure Group as Director of Search Marketing and at Hotels.com, where Juliana took on various director-level positions in SEM. Juliana's foundational experience began at American Airlines, serving in multiple roles related to network planning and revenue management. Juliana holds an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
