Lorena Chan

Lorena Chan is a seasoned product director with extensive experience in product management and UX design, currently holding the position of Product Director at Rappi since February 2021. Previous roles include Senior Product Lead and Product Coach at Walmart, where Lorena contributed to innovation lab projects and enterprise transformation initiatives. As a Product Owner at Citi, Lorena was instrumental in executing the digital adoption strategy for customers. Lorena also co-managed the UX Design Studio at Accenture, overseeing a large team and ensuring project success, and served as Project Manager at Avanade, enhancing IT UX and mobile services. Early career experiences include project management and 3D artistry at AMS Media. Lorena holds a degree in Digital Design from Universidad de Monterrey and has studied at FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences.
