Marco Galicia

Marco Galicia has extensive experience as a software engineer, currently working at Rappi since October 2024. Previously, Marco held positions at La Haus from September 2021 to October 2024, advancing from Mid Backend Software Engineer to Senior Backend Software Engineer. Marco's career began at Rappi as a Golang Backend Developer in July 2021, following roles at OCCMundial as a Practitioner II and Practitioner I in Golang backend development from February 2020 to June 2021. Early experience includes positions at Jaba Satellite Communications as a Backend Developer and Web Developer, and at BlueBeanMx as a Software Engineer. Marco also freelanced as a Web Software Developer in 2016. Educationally, Marco obtained a Licenciatura in Ingeniería de Software from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, completing the program in November 2023.
