Edmundo Silva Vélez

Edmundo Silva Vélez's work experience begins with their role as a Finance Planning Specialist at RappiCard México starting in September 2021. In this position, they are responsible for creating and implementing annual budget processes, analyzing and tracking the budget for the P&L of Future Cards, monitoring credit card placement, estimating commissions, and modeling and tracking cashback based on product offerings.

Prior to this, Edmundo worked at Banco Santander Mexico. From March 2020 to September 2021, they served as a Manager for Commercial Monitoring, where they analyzed and tracked monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition budgets for private, personal, and SME banking. Edmundo also estimated 4-year budgets and monitored commissions for the same banking sectors. Additionally, from September 2019 to February 2020, they worked as a Manager for other channels, monitoring commercial goals for non-branch distribution channels such as Call Center, ATM's, digital banking, and App. Edmundo also tracked incentive initiatives and managed the incentive budget for these channels. From June 2018 to September 2019, they were the Manager for goal-setting and incentives for the call center, projecting, analyzing, and monitoring commercial goals, optimizing incentive manuals, and evaluating contests proposed for productivity improvement.

Before their time at Banco Santander, Edmundo worked as a Cost and Productivity Analyst at Grupo Modelo S.A. de C.V. from July 2016 to June 2018. Their responsibilities included analyzing and estimating the operations budget for 14 agencies, managing and projecting CAPEX projects, and tracking and reporting productivity KPIs.

Edmundo also held positions at Secretaría de Salud del estado de Puebla as an Analyst from April 2015 to September 2015, and at Banobras where they completed their social service from January 2014 to June 2014.

From 2010 to 2015, Edmundo Silva Vélez attended the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Actuaría.
