Anna Gabriela Baizas

Anna Gabriela Baizas is a Digital Forensics and Research Specialist at Rappler since September 2019, where responsibilities include writing data stories and research papers focused on disinformation and the digital landscape. In this role, Anna analyzes big data to create intelligence reports for both editorial and revenue stakeholders. Previously, as a Community and Digital Communications Specialist, Anna contributed to the distribution of multimedia content on social media and produced engaging social media executions. Anna's experience at Rappler began as an intern in May 2018, writing news articles and assisting with disaster monitoring. Anna holds a degree in AB Communication from Ateneo de Manila University, earned in 2019.
