Mira Kraleva-Greener has a strong background in customer service, management, and hospitality. Mira has held various leadership roles at Accenture, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and Royal Chase Hotel. Mira is also the Co-Founder & Director of a Waterfall at CwaZyLeigh CreaTions. With a Master's degree in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies, Mira brings a diverse skill set to their role as a Client Experience Manager at Rapport Guest Services.
